1. Where Do You Ship ?
We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹399 within India. For orders below ₹399, a nominal shipping fee may apply. We currently do not ship internationally.
2. How Long will it take to recieve my order?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched same day. Delivery times vary based on your location, but you can generally expect to receive your order within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
3. What payment do you support?
We accept a variety of secure payment options, including:

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on our website or through the courier service's tracking portal.
5. Can I order as a Gift ?
Absolutely! During checkout, you can enter the recipient's address. We'll ensure the order is packaged beautifully for the occasion. Please note that invoices are not included in the package to maintain the surprise.
6. How can I get a refund of my order?
We strive for your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the item's condition to our customer support at hello@beebliss.co.in. We will assess the issue and offer a store credit for eligible returns.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products or services unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
